All orders placed on the site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time; the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction is that appearing online on the site www.saranguerel.com at the time of the order.

 I  The Customer

The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In case of an error in the recipient's contact details, the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

 II  Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV takes the greatest care in the quality, presentation, and description of these products to best inform the Customer. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in case of non-conformity of the product delivered with its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal, or invoke the conformity guarantee of the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV, which will, if applicable, either exchange or refund the price (in whole or in part) potentially charged.

 III  Orders

Placing an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV through a succession of different steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate their order. Before definitively validating their order, the customer will have the possibility to check its details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.

 The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who would contravene the provisions of these terms.

 In this case, the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV will notify the Customer by email. If the customer fails to correct the erroneous elements or those contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale with the company SARANGUEREL, the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV reserves the right not to process the order.

 A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV. For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of email for the confirmation of their order by the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV. In any event, invoices are provided upon delivery.

 IV  Price and Payment Terms

1. Price Determination

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.

The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the cart.

The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability.

 2. Payment Terms

Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order.
Purchases are paid for via Shopify Payments in France:

The data recorded and stored by the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV serves as proof of the order and all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

 V  Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the address of residence of the customer or any other natural person of their choice residing in mainland France and worldwide.

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

To ensure these deadlines are met, the customer must ensure they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).

The indicated deadlines are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.

The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay not attributable to it.

In case of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV, by any means, of all reservations within 2 days following receipt of the product.

VI  Right of Withdrawal

The private Customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without reason, within a period of seven (7) clear days from the delivery of the order of new products in their original packaging, unworn, without even a simple try-on mark and with all tags, accompanied by the order number, to the following address:

The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV reserves the right to refuse this exchange if the returned products do not comply with these conditions.

The company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in Article VII below.

VII Refunds

Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV within a maximum of 30 days after its receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a credit note.

 VIII  Applicable Law

Any order automatically implies the customer's adherence to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French Courts will have jurisdiction. In case of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.

 IX  Data Protection and Liberties

The information collected by the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV from a customer's order is necessary for transaction management and may, for this purpose, be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the company SARANGUEREL TSEELAAJAV within the scope of order execution. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of order analysis and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection and Liberties Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning them.
