1. Deliveries and returns: shipping your package

Saranguerel delivers everywhere in Metropolitan France and the EU.

2. Order preparation and delivery

The contents of each package are systematically checked before dispatch to ensure full compliance with your order. Particular attention is paid to the packaging of your products to eliminate all risks of damage.

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the address of residence of the customer or any other natural person of their choice domiciled in Saranguerel's delivery zones.

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

The package is prepared within 24 working hours from the validation of your payment and is generally shipped within 48 hours in metropolitan France, depending on product availability for logistical and technical supply reasons. If we are unable to meet this deadline, it cannot exceed one month.

Shipping costs include packaging (possibly special gift packaging), handling and shipping fees. Your package is shipped at your own risk; particular care is given to the package.

If the products sent do not conform to your order or are defective, they will be replaced or refunded (return shipping costs are not reimbursed). The claim must be made by registered letter sent at the latest on the first working day following delivery to the following address:

3. Invoice

An invoice with the details of your purchases is attached to your package.
